Where does the Amazon data come from?

From a licensed Amazon data provider, fetched live when your AI asks. We never log into Seller Central and never need your Amazon credentials.

Does the Shopify tool work on any store?

It works on most Shopify stores, using the public catalog every Shopify store publishes. If a store has disabled it, the tool tells you and your credits are refunded.

Which AI apps are supported?

claude.ai and ChatGPT (as a custom connector — paste our URL and sign in), plus any app that supports remote MCP servers: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and more. Custom connectors may require a paid plan or developer mode in those apps.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your AI will tell you the tool needs more credits. Buy a top-up or upgrade and they're available immediately — no need to reconnect.

I lost my API key.

Sign in with your email to get a new one. Your credits stay the same; the old key stops working.

Can I cancel?
